Step 1. Watch Videos that explain the chord patterns

Step 2. watch the videos that show live chord playing

step 3.  Open MPC files that contain practice lessons. Follow and repeat the chord patterns after they have been played. Practice them forwards and backwards till you can do them without looking at the pads mostly.
